The Teme Valley Food Fair 2010 will be held in Tenbury Wells in the Malvern Hills District Car Park area near to the Pump Rooms. From 10am till 4pm on Saturday May 15th 2010.

Teme Valley Food Fair - a Tenbury Events Presentation

The Teme Valley Food Fair 2010 will be held in Tenbury Wells in the Malvern Hills District Car Park area near to the Pump Rooms. From 10am till 4pm on Saturday May 15th 2010.

Cookery Demonstrations
10.30 to 11.30 Ludlow based, Lesley Mackley Food writer & cook will be focusing on asparagus and promoting local produce.
	12.00 to 13.00 Mark Williams from Key Cottage Catering based near Tenbury. Warm wood pigeon salad with raspberry dressing, Vallencian Paella Orange and Cointreau posset.
13.30 to 14.40 Naz & Nural from Naz's Wine Bar & Indian Restuarant combining spices and local ingredients.
	15.00 to 16.00 Ian Smith and Martin Visser from the Peacock. Nasi Goreng with river Cobbler. A fried rice dish from Indonesia, using local ingredients (except the rice & fish)
